Refund Policy

Welcome, and thank you for shopping at Be Happy Draw Art™

 

Purchased items can be refunded within the first 15 days of your purchase. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund.

 

What is eligible for a refund?  

  • Items received in the mail that are defective in quality

  • Received the wrong item

Be Happy Draw Art takes quality seriously, so I make sure to inspect items thoroughly before shipping them out to customers, however a defective item could slip by us, so email us right away if you receive a poor quality product. Also please be sure to read the item descriptions for products carefully before making a purchase.

How to Request a Refund?

  • To request a refund, we require a receipt/proof of purchase

  • Pictures of the damaged/defective product

If approved for a refund, the funds will be processed and sent back to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days (depending on your bank). The standard processing times are 5-7 business days.

 

Late or missing refunds

  • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account regularly. If after 5-7 business days you have still not received a refund, contact your bank/credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
     

  • If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via email or use the contact form on the website

 

No Returns or Exchanges
Sorry, but due to being a small business run by only 1 person, I cannot accept returns. Please contact me via email or the contact form on my website if you would like a refund or have your items resent.
